Wishing you a prosperous holiday season!

While most of us look forward to taking time out over the holidays –we know some of our small business owners are dealing with their busiest time of year.

Thank you for your time, energy and hard work not just during the silly season but each and every day.

Many Queenslanders love small businesses for their community connections, their unique offerings, their customer service, and their ability to create and keep jobs locally, among many other reasons.

Small businesses represent over 97 per cent of all businesses in the state, they employ around 44 per cent of Queensland’s private sector workforce and are vital in driving jobs and economic progress. That’s a great reason to #GoLocalQld!

Whether this is your busy trading season or off-peak rest time – we wish you a safe and festive season.

Showcase your 'Local' status this festive season

This festive season we want you to showcase your status as local, small businesses. We have added some festive themed social media assets to our ‘Go Local, Grow Local’ advertising toolkit – we encourage you to download and use them. As you know, when Queenslanders buy local products it helps our small businesses to grow, creates more jobs and builds a stronger community.

Find the downloadable Go Local Advertising Toolkit in the link below, and don’t forget to use #GoLocalQld on social media!
